面膜是將彩色油墨絲印至透明高分子聚合物背面，一旦絲印完成并切割成形，此層就成為彩色面膜層。面膜層為薄膜開關(guān)的組成部分，它能清楚地顯示開關(guān)的功能、顯示顏色、面膜類型以及開關(guān)的操作位置，它還能起保護(hù)作用。

     依據(jù)工程師以往的經(jīng)驗和對使用細(xì)節(jié)的核查，他們將推薦幾種面膜材料。大多數(shù)都采用聚脂材料，有3種主要材料可以選擇，它們的相關(guān)特性如下：

什么是設(shè)計時最重要的考慮因素？

    （1）原圖和各種標(biāo)志能由高清晰度的掃描儀進(jìn)行掃描，高質(zhì)量、高對比度的“原圖”可以減少工時。

    （2）客戶提供原圖對我廠的設(shè)計師有幫助，我廠根據(jù)客戶要求及色標(biāo)號調(diào)制油墨顏色，以保證質(zhì)量和效率。

    （3）面膜圖紙中的線條要清晰、連貫，否則會給絲印帶來很大的困難。

What is the most important consideration when designing?

Each individual color (including the background color) requires a different screen printing operation.
